A New Beginning:

From Franchise to Family-Owned

Our journey began in June 2024 as part of a national franchise. However, we quickly realized that to truly serve our community the way they deserved, we needed to forge our own path. At the end of March, we officially rebranded as Mac Shack—stepping away from the franchise system to become a fully independent, locally owned business. This change allowed TJ and his family to simplify the menu, upgrade our ingredients, and refine our service. Today, Mac Shack represents our own independent identity, built on the pride of offering a better product and a more personal guest experience.
